Due to some technical issues our main site was down. It is up now, but deposits/withdrawals don't work yet (will be delayed). Thanks for your patience and sorry for inconvenience.

Minimal withdrawal threshold set to 0.001 btc

Since Bitcoin developers acknowledge that micro-transactions are "uneconomic dust" (even if the fees paid for them), we've set minimal withdrawal threshold to 0.001 btc.

Withdrawals happen automatically when balance hits 0.01 btc OR when balance is not less than 0.001 btc and doesn't change during 7 days.

Possible deposit/withdrawal delays

We need to upgrade our bitcoin software, so please expect deposit/withdrawal delays today. Sorry for inconvenience.

Change in withdrawal timings

Our users complained that their wallets are flooded with our withdrawals that are often too small to be spent without a fee. As a temporary measure to reduce this problem we increased time intervals between withdrawals:

1. Minimal interval between withdrawals of 0.01 btc and more is set to 1 hour (was 10 minutes).
2. Minimal interval between withdrawals below 0.01 btc is set to 1 week of inactivity (was 1 day of inactivity).
