We implemented several new features:
1. List of campaigns that reward for goals
If campaign has goal tracking enabled, it will appear in the list of affiliate programs. Each time advertiser rewards publishers via our API, his or her campaign goes to the top of the list.
Publishers can use this list to find out the most paying advertisers and to refer buyers to them via affiliate links.
2. List of active campaigns
Everybody can see the list of active campaigns sorted by daily budget.
3. Moderation of funded campaigns
Since most of the created ads are never paid, we decided to moderate only ads that have a funded campaign. So please deposit any amount to your advertising campaign if you want your ad to be approved.
Warning for scammers: if we suspect you in malicious advertising attempt, we may decide to ban your ad without refund.

Advertisers can select countries for their campaigns
We developed a new feature that enables advertisers to restrict their campaigns to certain countries. If the list of allowed countries is empty then all the countries are allowed (unless they are listed as disallowed).
However it doesn't yet affect how advertiser's moneys are being spent on ad units. It just replaces advertiser's ad with default ad if visitor's IP belongs to disallowed country.

Possible downtime due to server maintenance
Our hosting company is going to do some urgent maintenance work from 9:00 to 11:00 AM CET. Short downtime of our main site is expected. Ad rotation won't be affected.

Advertisers can see and ban their traffic sources
We implemented several features for advertisers:
- Advertisers can see how much traffic they get from each ad unit (sorted by non-unique clicks)
- Advertisers can ban/unban ad units
- Advertisers can see if their campaign is waiting for moderation
Also fixed couple issues in statistics.

More languages supported
You can create ads in Albanian, Arabic, Belorussian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Malay, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian or Vietnamese!
Over 70% of impressions are served to English-speaking audience. But if your advertising campaign is the only one for your language, you can set a really low daily budget to get all the traffic of that language.

Tip4Commit - the first Bitcoin-related project at Rails Rumble 2013
We took part in 48-hour Rails Rumble 2013 contest and developed Tip4Commit.com - a web-service that motivates people to contribute to open source projects hosted at GitHub.
Tip4Commit.com doesn't require user registration. Anybody can choose any open source GitHub project and donate any amount of bitcoins to it.
Each donation pays for tips during 30 days. Each commit accepted by project maintainer will be tipped.
We use the following method to calculate the size of the tip:
Tip4Commit.com is the only (and probably the first?) Bitcoin-related project at Rails Rumble.

Each donation pays for tips during 30 days. Each commit accepted by project maintainer will be tipped.
We use the following method to calculate the size of the tip:
- <should be spent by time> = <time elapsed since donation> * <donation amount> / <30 days>
- <tip amount> = <should be spent by commit time> - <has been spent by commit time>
If we don't know recipient's Bitcoin address, we send him/her an email with a unique link that allows to specify it. Alternatively developers can sign in via GitHub, but it is not required.
Please use it and vote for us if you like it :)
Update: calculation of rewards is changed; new features added; please see this thread for more info.
